To cover the area we recommend to install one (1) DOGIPOT unit per 50 Apartments.

 

 Please consider that your dog owner resident first need to have access to the bags as he/she leaves the Apartment, and later along the way access to a waste receptacle to drop the full bag.

 

So you could install just the DOGIPOT "Junior" Bag Dispenser close to the buildings and the DOGIPOT Pet Station or DOGIPOT Container further out in the field.

H.O.A.'s are structured different since they mostly contain single family homes.

 

We suggest placing DOGIPOT dispensers approx. every 80-100 yards of walkway and at the entrance of sub community.
