How it works

Submit the form by the end of the Friday before the week you want off. Routes are built from there, so after that the tech is already assigned.

Skip one week or a stretch of weeks in one request.

Billing adjusts automatically.

A skipped visit isn’t charged. No visit, no line on the invoice.

Your regular day picks back up on the next scheduled visit. Nothing to reactivate.

The one thing worth knowing

If you skip several in a row, the visit after can take noticeably longer, especially in summer. We don’t charge more for it, but the yard will look worse than usual on the morning of.
