Residential Service
Dog poop removal, however often you need it
Weekly, every fourteen days, monthly, or one visit and done. Every pooper scooper visit covers the whole yard, every one ends with the poop bagged in your outdoor can, and none of them come with a contract.
Not sure which plan fits? Our team will be happy to help you figure out which option is best for you.
Pooper scooper service weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Weekly
Two or more dogs, a yard the family uses, or you want to stop thinking about it. This is what most people pick and what we’d recommend if you asked.
Every other week
One dog, a large yard where it spreads out, or a dog that’s inside most of the day. It costs less and it works, as long as you are honest about the first one.
Monthly
Light use. The least popular for a reason. Better than nothing, but not the best for being able to enjoy your yard. Four weeks is a long time in July.
Same day every week on the recurring plans. Most of our St. Louis and St. Charles customers are on a weekly plan with one or two dogs.
One-time cleanups
A winter’s worth of yard nuggets surfaces the week the snow goes away. We clear it in one visit. No ongoing service required (though the ongoing service is what allows you to fully enjoy your yard again).
What a visit includes
Our professionals are the best in the business. Here's the process they follow every visit.

Love your dog, without the mess

Gates, dogs, and being home
You don’t need to be home. Most of our customers aren’t. And while our techs are the friendliest in town, they won't come to the door.
Your dog can be outside if they’re friendly. Tell us at signup and we’ll note it. If your dog would rather we didn’t, put them in before the service window and we’ll work around it.
Locked gates need to be unlocked on your service day. We don’t keep keys or gate codes, for your security and ours.
If we can’t get in, the tech notes it and moves on, and you’re back on the schedule at your next regular visit.
What happens to the poop?
We bag it and put it in your outdoor trash can, so it goes out with your regular collection. Nothing is left in the yard and nothing goes in an indoor bin.
Bagged and tied, every time.
Nothing goes in loose. It sits in your closed outdoor can the same way your kitchen trash does until collection day.
Tell us your trash day.
We ask for it during setup so we can put your service as close to your collection as the route allows. It does not always line up, but where it can, it does.
We don’t offer haul-away.
Some competitors sell it as an add-on. We don’t, because hauling waste off site means paying for commercial disposal and that cost would come back on your invoice.
Weather, holidays, and skipping a week
We work through rain. We work through winter, on the terms in the snow policy. We skip New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, and pick the route back up the following week.
Use the skip form by the end of the Friday before the week you want off. Vacation, a party in the yard, a dog that’s away. There’s no charge for a skip and no limit on how many you take.
Changing or canceling
No contract, so nothing to get out of. Use the account change form or call 314-291-POOP.
Billing questions, invoices, and payment go through the billing page.
What we don’t do
We don’t do litter boxes, we don’t do farm animals, and we don’t haul waste off site.
And if a dog can’t be safely worked around, we’ll skip that visit rather than push it. Nobody’s yard is worth a bite.
If the yard has been ignored for more than three months we’ll quote a first cleanup separately before starting weekly service, because that first visit is a different job.
Managing an apartment community, an HOA, or a property with common areas? That’s a different job with a different quote. Commercial and HOA service
